Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in daily operations and enhance loan production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure timely loan closings
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience
• Previous sales support experience is preferred
• Salesforce experience is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
