Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Assistant to support its growing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Membership Advisors by identifying and researching prospective members and managing outreach
• Conduct initial outreach to generate qualified interest and schedule conversations for Membership Advisors
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM, tracking outreach activity and pipeline status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; recent graduates encouraged to apply
• 0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or business development role
• Self-motivated and eager to grow within a performance-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or willingness to develop proficiency quickly
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
