Sales Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting Senior Account Executives in a remote capacity, the full-time Sales Assistant will manage broker relationships, assist with training and onboarding, and ensure communication and follow-up with loan officers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update lists of loan officers, ensuring they have necessary logins and access to marketing announcements
• Train loan officers and processors on company systems while providing ongoing support and communication
• Conduct regular outreach to loan officers and assist with scheduling meetings for Senior Account Executives

Required qualifications

• Experience in the mortgage industry
• Bachelor's degree in Sales or Finance
• 2+ years of experience as a sales assistant
• Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
