Job Summary

Providing administrative and clerical support to a sales team, the full-time temporary Sales Assistant will assist with spreadsheeting, proposal creation, and customer information management while working remotely during the busiest time of the year.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for spreadsheeting and data management
  • Support the quoting team in creating proposals and entering customer information into systems
  • Direct calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments as needed
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Group health insurance experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
