Job Summary
Providing administrative and clerical support to a sales team, the full-time temporary Sales Assistant will manage tasks such as spreadsheeting, proposal creation, and customer information entry while working remotely during the busiest time of the year.
Key responsibilities:
- Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel and supporting the quoting team with proposal creation
- Entering customer information into systems and directing calls or responding to inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and working on assigned projects
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Group health insurance experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
