Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Sales Representative - CCA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound sales calls and emails to quote prices and place orders
• Track order status and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Attend training sessions and engage in vendor and customer activities outside of standard hours

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 1 year of relevant experience or a 2-year degree
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher)
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant computer applications
• Bachelor's degree in a business or IT discipline is preferred
