Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Associate who is a high-performing, commission-driven DTC seller.

Key Responsibilities

• Make scheduled outbound calls and close prospects on the first conversation
• Own the full sales cycle from lead consultation enrollment and manage pipeline through disciplined follow-up
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets consistently while maintaining deep product knowledge

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, primarily phone-based
• Proven success closing DTC sales in health, wellness, weight loss, or fitness
• Strong track record of beating quotas in fast-paced environments
• Startup experience or comfort with rapid change
• Understanding of sales strategy and performance metrics
