Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Sales Inbound Associate for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by handling inbound calls and selling Home Service Plans to consumers
• Build and maintain relationships with members while delivering a positive experience
• Document all interactions in the member database and assist with non-sales inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of sales and/or member service experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and remain competitive
• Experience navigating multiple software applications during member interactions
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
