Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Associate to interact with potential customers and assist them in understanding home equity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100-150 dials (phone calls) per day
• Discover individual seller motivations and educate them on available solutions
• Manage and score a large lead volume in Salesforce CRM while meeting expected benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 11am-8pm EST, plus two weekend days a month
• Adaptability to changing needs
• Experience in customer-facing, relationship-building sales
• Experience in phone sales, Senior Housing, and/or Real Estate is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM and other technology tools
