Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Associate to manage relationships with small and mid-market prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end RFP and RFI response process for prospects up to 3,000 employees
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing for accounts up to 300 employees
  • Qualify inbound leads and collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up and lead conversion
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, and closing
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard sales workflows
  • Comfortable working independently with a high degree of ownership over your book of business
