Sales Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Special Markets Sales team, the full-time Sales Associate will manage custom sales projects, track subscription box orders, and ensure deadlines are met while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Special Markets managers with the end-to-end workflow of custom sales projects
• Communicate regularly with accounts and teams for subscription box order management
• Organize and track subscription box licensing projects and conduct new account research

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of trade publishing experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
• Experience in custom publishing is a plus
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
