Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through consultative sales, the full-time remote Sales Associate will engage with prospects and customers via inbound and outbound calls, guiding them in selecting construction education products while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales inquiries and qualify prospects based on their licensing needs
• Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years in a phone sales role, preferably in education or professional services
• Experience with consultative selling techniques and CRM systems
• Knowledge of the construction industry or contractor licensing is a plus
• Passion for helping others succeed and commitment to education and lifelong learning
