Sales Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the part-time hourly Sales Associate will focus on generating top-of-funnel sales activity, conducting outbound prospecting, and creating qualified sales opportunities while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain prospect lists using Salesforce and other lead-generation tools
• Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels to identify potential customers
• Secure qualified meetings and support business development efforts for the sales organization

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related fields preferred
• Associate degree preferred or a comparable combination of education and experience
• Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems
