Sales Associate - Contractor Licensing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Associate, CPS.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects through inbound and outbound calls to understand their educational needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process orders in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years in a phone sales role
• Prior experience in education or professional services sales preferred
• Knowledge of the construction industry or contractor licensing is a plus
• Relevant industry training preferred but not required
