Job Summary
Leading a team of inside sales professionals, the full-time Associate Manager - Sales will develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for commercial customers, ensuring exceptional service while working remotely across various states.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to meet and exceed sales goals through strategic planning and performance monitoring
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals while fostering employee engagement and managing team performance
- Analyze market conditions and execute tactical sales plans to enhance customer penetration in fiber markets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
