Sales Associate, Wisconsin Licensed

Job Summary

To support the Packaging and Hygiene commercial team, the remote Sales Associate, Wisconsin Licensed, will manage the sales process for paper manufacturing chemistries, focusing on developing business with designated accounts and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the sales process to meet and exceed profitability margin targets
• Develop profitable business relationships and expand market position with designated accounts
• Organize reports, sales calls, and business reviews while supporting demand forecasting in the assigned area

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience in paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering
• 1 to 5 years of experience in the paper industry
• Ability to develop and execute Key Account or Project Plans
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
• Experience in paper making operations and general wet-end applications is preferred
