Job Summary

As a critical bridge between clients and partners, the full-time remote Sales Business Support Specialist will manage revenue performance across the client lifecycle, ensuring accurate data exchange and operational excellence while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients and partners to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure alignment on usage data and revenue outputs
• Analyze revenue usage pipeline performance to identify data discrepancies, revenue leakage, and optimization opportunities
• Support monthly revenue operations processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client/partner revenue reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum one year of related experience in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients and partners
• Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy in a client/partner-facing environment
• Experience working with large, multi-source datasets and applying strong data quality practices
• Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn digital products and the broader client/partner ecosystem
