Sales Call Center Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Call Center Agent to join their team and expand their reach in providing healthcare services to seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to introduce services and schedule in-home health assessments
• Educate seniors on the importance of lower extremity health and chronic care management
• Document calls and update CRM records with customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, healthcare, or senior services preferred
• Comfortable using CRM systems and call center software
• Bilingual (Preferred): Spanish or other language skills are a plus
• Positive attitude and persistence in handling objections
• Ability to engage and educate seniors effectively
