Sales Call Center Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Sales Call Center Agent will make outbound cold calls to seniors, educating them about in-home healthcare services and scheduling health assessments to promote lower extremity health.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls from a provided lead list to introduce Belle's services to seniors
• Educate seniors on the importance of lower extremity health and chronic care management
• Schedule in-home health assessments for seniors with trained technicians while meeting appointment-setting goals

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in Medicare sales, health insurance sales, or senior services preferred
• Experience with Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement sales is strongly preferred
• Comfortable using CRM systems and call center software
• Positive attitude and persistence with the ability to handle objections effectively
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or another language) are preferred and considered a plus
