Job Summary
Focused on driving category management initiatives, the full-time Sales Category Manager will leverage data analytics and consumer insights to develop assortment, shelving, and distribution strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead assortment recommendations and strategic analyses across assigned business units to optimize product offerings
- Coordinate and develop plans based on shopper insights and brand strategies, ensuring alignment with internal and external goals
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and contribute to persuasive presentations for assortment planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in business, customer management, or category management
- Proficient in retail shelf analysis and quantitative business analysis
- Experience presenting to Executive Level staff
- Experience with modular planogram development
