Job Summary
A company is looking for a Direct Sales Center Supervisor to support licensed agents in a call center sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on coaching by actively listening to agent calls and offering timely feedback
- Maintain a results-oriented mindset by holding agents accountable for both performance and behaviors
- Foster an engaging environment for team development and recognize strong performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience in a sales environment, preferably in telemarketing or call centers
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and telephone-based marketing
- Schedule flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
- Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet
- Willingness to travel to corporate headquarters as needed
