Job Summary
Sales Closer / Client Partner is a full-time position responsible for converting qualified sales opportunities into clients by managing follow-ups, supporting sales conversations, coordinating proposals, and facilitating a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in moving new sales opportunities through the pipeline and closing deals
- Attend new sales appointments to understand client needs and capture key takeaways
- Maintain accurate sales data and coordinate with internal stakeholders for proposal preparation and follow-up
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or service-based sales targeting the USA market
- Proven experience in roles such as Sales Associate, Sales Closer, Account Executive, or Client Partner
- Basic understanding of digital services including UI/UX Design, Web and App Development, SEO, and SEM
- Comfortable working with CRMs and managing sales pipelines
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
