Job Summary

A company is looking for a Success Architect specializing in Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with strategic customers to assess Sales Cloud implementations and provide expert recommendations on technical architecture and solution design
• Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, offering guidance on architecture, technology strategy, and product best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance customer success through sustainable solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture
• Expertise in Salesforce products and platform capabilities
• Experience with large-scale, complex implementations including SaaS and PaaS
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration and data management best practices
• Required certifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant
