• Monitor lead flow and ensure timely contact and pre-qualification of applicants
• Conduct audits of loan specialists and handle escalated customer service issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in the auto finance/lending sales industry
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
