Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Commission Analyst responsible for calculating sales commissions and managing compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate calculations of monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payments
  • Investigate and resolve commission inquiries and discrepancies in collaboration with sales personnel
  • Support management with ad-hoc analyses related to sales performance and incentive outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, mathematics, or related field
  • 4 - 6+ years of experience in commission analysis, financial analysis, or compensation administration
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Experience with sales incentive compensation systems and ERP/CRM tools such as Salesforce or SAP
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
