Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Commission Analyst responsible for calculating sales commissions and managing compensation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate calculations of monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payments
- Investigate and resolve commission inquiries and discrepancies in collaboration with sales personnel
- Support management with ad-hoc analyses related to sales performance and incentive outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, mathematics, or related field
- 4 - 6+ years of experience in commission analysis, financial analysis, or compensation administration
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with sales incentive compensation systems and ERP/CRM tools such as Salesforce or SAP
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
