Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Commission Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the dedicated commissions partner for select sales leaders and sales employees
  • Calculate and process monthly commission payments accurately and timely
  • Prepare monthly commission reports, accruals, and payroll workbooks

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation in a rapid growth environment
  • Strong Excel modeling skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Xactly, Callidus, and/or Varicent preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
