Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Commission Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own annual and in-year commission plan design for all GTM roles, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities
  • Design and govern all incentive mechanics, including quotas, commission rates, and SPIFF programs
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to ensure compensation plans are compliant and financially sound


Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Incentive Compensation Management, Revenue Operations, or Finance
  • Proven track record designing and operating complex GTM commission plans and SPIFF programs
  • Experience in a SaaS, subscription, or education/learning business
  • Strong understanding of compensation governance and policy compliance
  • Ability to conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for incentive plans
