Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end administration of global sales commission programs, the remote Contractor Sales Commissions Manager will ensure accurate and timely commission payments while managing a small team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the commission process for quota-carrying representatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payouts
- Act as the primary escalation point for commission disputes and complex calculations, while managing a small team
- Serve as the system owner for the ICM tool, designing and maintaining commission models to align with evolving compensation plans
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales commissions, revenue operations, or compensation accounting, including leadership experience
- Deep hands-on experience administering ICM tools
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and bookings systems
- Experience with SOX controlled commission processes in a public company environment
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial reconciliation capabilities
