Sales Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Worldwide Sales organization, the full-time temporary Sales Communications Specialist will manage SharePoint communication sites, create compelling customer success stories, and assist in strategic messaging development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build customer success stories by collaborating with SMEs and field teams to draft and repurpose content
• Assist in developing strategic communications to drive new business and revenue for the Worldwide Sales organization
• Review and edit newsletter content for Sales and Channel Partner audiences, ensuring consistency and clarity

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in communications, content operations, or editorial production supporting sales organizations
• Proficient in SharePoint Site Owner skills, including page builds and analytics
• Experience with AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot for editing and workflow acceleration
• Familiarity with PowerPoint for presentation support and narrative structuring
