Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day activities of the Sales Compensation Team including implementation, administration, communication, monitoring, and reporting of commission and quota-based compensation plans
  • Perform data modelling and analytics related to sales commission/incentive programs, effectiveness, costing, and projections
  • Oversee regular commission payment calculations, ensuring accurate and on-time monthly, quarterly, and annual payments

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of sales incentive compensation/total rewards or related analytical role
  • Strong expertise working with large, disparate data sets
  • Experience leading junior analyst level staff
  • Experience analyzing benchmark/performance data
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent
