Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to support sales and operations teams with the administration and improvement of sales compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and process monthly commissions, prepare commission statements, and maintain compensation tools
  • Investigate and resolve commission-related inquiries from sales staff and manage transaction data
  • Support internal audits, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with various teams for process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or sales operations
  • Prior team lead experience preferred; ownership of transactional work
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with compensation platforms like Xactly or Anaplan
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
