Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to manage and report on sales compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and report on sales incentive programs and commissions
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of sales compensation
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Compensation Analyst roles
- Strong experience with Salesforce (building reports/dashboards)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of sales compensation principles and quota management
- Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
