Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to manage and report on sales compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and report on sales incentive programs and commissions
  • Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of sales compensation
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Compensation Analyst roles
  • Strong experience with Salesforce (building reports/dashboards)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of sales compensation principles and quota management
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
