Sales Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to support sales compensation calculations across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, performance, and optimization of the Xactly environment and its integration with sales systems
• Ensure accurate source data load for calculations and commission payments to the sales organization
• Manage sales compensation projects and requests related to data analysis, report building, and distribution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, administration, or operations, with hands-on experience using the Xactly platform
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with Salesforce.com, including best practices and functionality
• Strong understanding of the Xactly Sales Compensation platform
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
