Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst (Eastern or Central Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales compensation plans, including implementation and testing
  • Prepare and analyze commission payouts and support accounting with accruals
  • Act as a primary contact for the sales team regarding commission inquiries and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of sales compensation experience, preferably in high-tech companies with SaaS/Cloud models
  • Experience with Xactly system implementation and programming
  • Familiarity with CRM and HRIS systems, such as Salesforce and BambooHR/Workday
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
