Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Sales Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate commission calculations
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Partner with sales leadership, HR, and finance to support plan design and annual compensation planning processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or sales operations
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with Salesforce and CaptivateIQ is a plus
  • Understanding of sales processes and incentive compensation principles
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred
