Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Compensation professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement incentive compensation plans and quota management processes
- Conduct quantitative analysis and modeling to assess compensation program performance
- Manage communication plans and training content for sales teams regarding compensation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field AND 7+ years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a large or highly matrixed organization, preferably in technology
- 3+ years of project or program leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience with data modeling or statistical forecasting using relevant software packages
