Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to manage and implement sales incentive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support incentive compensation plans, ensuring accurate calculations and timely implementation
- Build relationships with stakeholders to align and effectively implement incentive programs
- Analyze performance data to evaluate and recommend improvements to incentive compensation plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of direct experience without a degree
- Firm grasp of sales incentives administrative processes and incentive plan design
- Experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation information
