Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to ensure accurate and timely commission payments for producers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist with questions about compensation payments and processes
• Calculate and process commission payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
• Analyze compensation programs, suggest improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in customer service or phone support
• Ability to quickly learn compensation systems and technology
• Experience with compensation systems or knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred
• Must be able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
