Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run multi-step, cross-functional workflows including forecast hygiene and compensation processing
  • Own and administer sales compensation programs, including plan design support and payout calculations
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and design dashboards and automated workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations role with hands-on compensation experience
  • Direct ownership or heavy administration of a compensation platform such as Spiff or equivalent
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including object relationships and dashboards
  • Solid understanding of GTM workflows including routing and quote-to-cash processes
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau for reporting and insights
