Job Summary

Driving the revenue engine of a global technology leader, the full-time Sales Compensation Analyst will optimize sales incentive compensation strategies, manage sales compensation plan documents, and champion automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency, with the flexibility of remote work available for highly qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end management of Sales Compensation Plan documents, policies, and internal processes in collaboration with cross-functional global teams
  • Own the monthly commission review and sign-off for critical business units, ensuring robust controls are tested and maintained within the sales compensation software
  • Champion sales tool automation to improve efficiency for operations and sales teams, shifting the focus from manual tasks to driving high-value revenue
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations with a dedicated focus on incentive compensation design in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or an Operational field
  • Proven technical mastery in Salesforce and advanced data visualization tools such as Excel, Domo, or Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives for executive leadership
  • Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
