Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative and technical support for Sales Incentive Plans, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Translate high-level design of compensation plans into detailed business process specifications
  • Lead testing and quality assurance efforts for Sales Compensation plan implementations and updates


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, payroll, accounting, or systems support
  • Knowledge of relevant computer systems that support sales incentives and compensation
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to recommend proposals and implement solutions effectively
