Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and technical support for Sales Incentive Plans, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Translate high-level design of compensation plans into detailed business process specifications
- Lead testing and quality assurance efforts for Sales Compensation plan implementations and updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, payroll, accounting, or systems support
- Knowledge of relevant computer systems that support sales incentives and compensation
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated ability to recommend proposals and implement solutions effectively
