Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Associate to manage day-to-day operations for sales variable compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and distribute sales compensation plans and communications
- Process and validate commission payouts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and deliver reports and analytics to support business and audit requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in variable compensation or sales commission administration
- Experience using Xactly Incent and/or SPIFF required
- Proficiency with Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is highly preferred
