Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Associate to manage day-to-day operations for sales variable compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and distribute sales compensation plans and communications
  • Process and validate commission payouts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and deliver reports and analytics to support business and audit requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in variable compensation or sales commission administration
  • Experience using Xactly Incent and/or SPIFF required
  • Proficiency with Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is highly preferred
