Job Summary
Serving as a strategic thought partner, the contract-based Sales Compensation Consultant will assess sales compensation plans and Go-To-Market structures while delivering actionable recommendations to enhance alignment and performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze the company's Go-To-Market strategy and organizational structure to ensure talent alignment
- Evaluate the existing sales compensation plan and identify areas for improvement based on stakeholder feedback
- Provide recommendations on organizational design and talent gaps to optimize sales performance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience with a focus on sales or revenue-generating teams
- Direct experience with sales incentive compensation program design and administration
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information and present findings to senior executives
- Background in consulting or advisory roles is a strong plus
- Familiarity with incentive compensation software platforms and AI-enabled tools is advantageous
