Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of complex commission plans, the full-time salaried Sales Compensation Director will manage a team, ensure alignment with business objectives, and streamline processes through automation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and administer comprehensive sales commission plans for over 100 employees, aligning with go-to-market strategies
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of compensation professionals, overseeing their workflows and professional growth
  • Utilize compensation tools and AI innovations to automate workflows and enhance reporting and analytics for sales performance
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales compensation design and administration within a consumption-based business model
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a revenue operations or corporate compensation environment
  • Advanced proficiency with commission automation platforms, particularly CaptivateIQ, and strong Google Sheets/Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Experience with AI tools or advanced automation scripts for data reconciliation
