Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Sales Compensation Governance & Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks and administrative processes for sales compensation
  • Drive the design and build of annual sales compensation plans and manage monthly reporting
  • Lead and manage the sales compensation administration team, ensuring accurate and timely plan administration
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in HR compensation and/or sales operations or finance roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership position
  • Strong understanding of sales compensation design, governance, and administration principles
  • Experience collaborating with sales leadership and finance, with an ability to influence and ensure alignment
  • CCP Designation is preferred but not required
