Job Summary

To support informed decision-making across sales compensation programs, the full-time Sales Compensation Insights Manager will perform data analysis and modeling, partner with stakeholders to develop compensation strategies, and create data-driven recommendations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform analytics and modeling to evaluate compensation plan performance and support business decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute compensation plans and quotas aligned with sales strategies
  • Build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams to support core initiatives and gather field feedback
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field AND 5+ years' experience in relevant fields
  • Experience in compensation, business management, finance and analytics, human resources, or sales strategy
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve unstructured problems
  • Experience communicating compensation updates clearly to various organizational levels
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple concurrent deadlines effectively
