Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Manager to enhance its Sales Incentive and Compensation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive compensation plans aligned with sales objectives and growth targets
  • Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate administration of sales compensation plans
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine compensation models and provide regular reports to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in a GTM Operations role, such as Sales Compensation or Financial Analysis
  • BS degree in business or finance preferred
  • Proven experience in Sales Compensation design and process improvement
  • Knowledge of sales compensation plan structures and tools like Xactly or Salesforce SPIFF
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
