Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Incentive Compensation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer the commissions platform (CaptivateIQ), including configurations and maintenance
- Lead the commission calculation process, ensuring accurate and timely payouts
- Administer sales incentive compensation plans in collaboration with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales compensation and commissions administration
- Expertise in managing a commissions platform, preferably CaptivateIQ or similar
- Proven ability to handle commission calculations from setup to final payout
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for sales data analysis
- Ability to build scalable compensation processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment
