Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Incentive Compensation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and administer the commissions platform (CaptivateIQ), including configurations and maintenance
  • Lead the commission calculation process, ensuring accurate and timely payouts
  • Administer sales incentive compensation plans in collaboration with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales compensation and commissions administration
  • Expertise in managing a commissions platform, preferably CaptivateIQ or similar
  • Proven ability to handle commission calculations from setup to final payout
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for sales data analysis
  • Ability to build scalable compensation processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment
