Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain partnerships with regional sales leaders, providing support and guidance on compensation plans
  • Utilize AI-driven solutions to enhance seller attainment and improve operational excellence
  • Manage the incentive compensation exception management program, ensuring compliance and clear communication of decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field AND 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a large or highly matrixed organization, preferably in the technology industry
  • Prior experience with incentive compensation processes, including quota setting and territory planning
  • 3+ years of project or program leadership/management experience
