Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Compensation (Remote, EST hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Sales Compensation Analysts team, including performance management and training
- Oversee sales systems operations and collaborate with leadership for process improvements
- Design and implement commission and sales incentive plans while providing analytical support and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years in a Financial/Accounting/Sales Analyst role
- 5+ years of functional experience in Financial/Sales Reporting
- Project Management and/or Leadership experience preferred
- Compensation program knowledge/experience preferred
