Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Compensation (Remote, EST hours).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the Sales Compensation Analysts team, including performance management and training
  • Oversee sales systems operations and collaborate with leadership for process improvements
  • Design and implement commission and sales incentive plans while providing analytical support and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years in a Financial/Accounting/Sales Analyst role
  • 5+ years of functional experience in Financial/Sales Reporting
  • Project Management and/or Leadership experience preferred
  • Compensation program knowledge/experience preferred
